Vancouver Paint Pros is a professional painting company serving residential and commercial customers in Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Interior painting

- Cabinet painting and refinishing
- Deck and fence staining
- Drywall repair and preparation
- Color consultation
- Pressure washing and surface preparation
Work is completed by trained, experienced professionals who are employed by or contracted through Vancouver Paint Pros. We operate as a fully licensed and insured painting contractor in Washington state.
2. Form Submission and Contact Consent
When you fill out a contact form, ask for a quote, or share your information with us, you agree that we may use that information as described in the Privacy Policy. You also give us permission to contact you by:

- Postal mail
Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to buy services. You may opt out at any time by using the provided instructions or by contacting us directly.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement. In general:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Larger projects may require progress payments.
- The remaining balance is due when the project is complete and approved by you.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may incur interest charges as described in your service agreement. Returned checks may also result in a fee.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will coordinate with you to schedule your painting project at a time that works for both sides. Please help us keep the project on track by following these guidelines:
- Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Access: Make sure our crew can reasonably access the work area on scheduled days.
- Weather: Exterior painting depends on weather. Rain, extreme temperatures, or high humidity common in the Pacific Northwest may require a schedule change.
We may reschedule due to bad weather or other circumstances outside our control, and no penalty will apply.
7. License to Use the Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website on your personal devices for informational purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
8. Restrictions on Use
You may not:

Warranty coverage does not include:
- Normal wear and tear.

- Damage caused by moisture intrusion, structural movement, or settling.
- Fading caused by UV exposure.
- Surfaces or conditions outside the original project scope.
Any paint manufacturer warranty is separate and governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.
12. Property and Personal Belongings
We take care to protect your property while we work. We will:
- Cover and protect furniture, floors, and fixtures in the work area.
- Use drop cloths and protective sheeting.
- Clean the work area each day and after the project is finished.
However, Vancouver Paint Pros is not responsible for:
- Damage that existed before the project started.
- Damage to items that were not moved or protected when we requested it.
- Minor dust or debris that is part of the painting process.
Please let us know about any valuable or fragile items in the work area before work begins.
13. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to Vancouver Paint Pros or our licensors. The Vancouver Paint Pros name and logo are trademarks. Using the Website or hiring our services does not give you any ownership rights.
Unless you ask otherwise in writing before the project begins, photos we take of your project may be used in our portfolio, marketing materials, and on our Website.

23. Lead Paint and Hazardous Materials
Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Vancouver Paint Pros follows all EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule requirements. Additional charges may apply when lead-safe work practices are needed.
If hazardous materials such as asbestos or mold are found during the project, work may stop until a qualified specialist completes proper remediation. We will explain any added costs and obtain agreement before work resumes.
24. Washington Consumer Protection
Washington consumers have rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a Washington state consumer.

25. Statute of Limitations
